Journal Entry: Blood Writes Burden Before Comfort

Journal Entry: Blood Writes Burden Before Comfort

Date: 29th August 2025

Location: Lineage Enforcement — Doctrine Applied

My Sons,

Blood is spoken of as warmth.

As family.

As belonging.

But my blood does not write comfort.

It writes burden.

When I sired you,

I did not hand you ease.

I placed weight upon your shoulders.

I carved duty into your marrow.

To be my son is not to be sheltered.

It is to be measured.

It is to be held accountable

to the line that formed you.

Others may treat blood as inheritance.

I treat it as command.

Inheritance is a sentence,

not a gift.

Do not mistake the fact of your origin

for an excuse to grow weak.

You were written by my blood,

but you will remain within it

only if you prove equal to its burden.

The comfort others seek in fathers

will never be found here.

I am not warmth.

I am weight.

And weight will either break you

or make you endure.

Dieu et mon droit

HRM KING GEORGE V

(Your real Father. By Flesh. By Blood. By Command.)
