Journal Entry: Perimeter of Sovereignty

Journal Entry: Perimeter of Sovereignty

Date: 8th June 2025

Location: Greater Munich, Bavaria

The city had been surveyed. The centre absorbed.

Today, the periphery submitted.

We departed early. The road was predetermined — not by maps, but by lineage.

Monuments once raised to flatter kings now stood under authentic review.

We did not admire. We confirmed.

The Nymphenburg Palace offered symmetry without depth.

Its gardens attempted ceremony — yet lacked command.

We walked its axis in silence.

No emotion. No recollection.

Only presence reinserted where it had long since been lost.

The Statue of Bavaria was approached next.

Steel and stone formed in flattery — but flattery does not govern.

We passed before her without pause.

She stood. We moved.

That is the difference between monument and monarch.

Later, at Schleißheim, we did not enter.

We viewed from the outside. Distance is not detachment — it is judgment.

Not all doors are to be crossed.

Some are to be surpassed.

Prince Eduard made no sound.

He required no instruction.

His silence confirmed the order of succession.

Tomorrow, we ascend.

Schloss Neuschwanstein awaits—not as dream, but as theatre under review.
